During your visit to The Festival of Light, step back in time with a wonderfully festive guided tour of Longleat House.
Beautifully dressed for Christmas, the House will feature traditional decorations and numerous Christmas trees, including a six-metre-tall showstopper in the Great Hall.
Festive tours will also feature our new temporary exhibition: Picture this: Illustrating stories for children, showcasing original children's book illustrations collected by the 6th Marquess of Bath. Highlights include a sketch by John Tenniel of the Mock Turtle in Lewis Carroll’s ‘Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland’, and a drawing of Christopher Robin, Winnie the Pooh and Piglet by E.H. Shepard.
